Sunset Point is located on the shores of Buck lake in the hamlet of Ilfracombe only moments from Huntsville. This newly built custom cottage is situated on 2.1 acres of naturally landscaped property offering a large level private lot with 440 ft. of waterfront made up of different terrain. For deep water swimming you have access off the dock which is 5-6ft. deep to the left of the property or you also have a great child friendly beach with gradual entrance out front of the cottage with a hard packed sandy bottom in the water. "A nature lovers paradise" ~ the owners of this property have tried to preserve it's frontage as natural as possible to encourage the local wildlife to continue their visits. During your stay you are bound to see some or all of the following wildlife that call this area home: deer, rabbits, beavers, ducks, loons and the occasional blue heron. The decor has been carefully hand picked to follow a muskoka theme throughout which allows you to have the full experience of living in cottage country and enjoying a relaxing life on the water! You will enjoy great fishing on the lake for Pickerel, Bass and Pike. Buck lake is a fairly quiet lake that offers fabulous canoeing and kayaking options with access to Axe Creek, or down the Buck River.
